一、產品概述 Genera

埋式系地列防水接線盒主要應用于電線電纜、通訊電纜及信號電纜連接處的保護。本產品屬于固化防護，不會有任何水和空氣與電纜連接點產生接觸，所有可以直接埋地下。所生產的地埋式防水接線盒具有防水防潮、防爆、防電火花、耐酸、耐堿、外型美觀、品質穩定、完全絕緣不導電、抗撞擊不變形等特點。其廣泛應用供電、通信、市政、水利、園林景觀、路燈、隧道等領域。
This buried series waterproof junction box is mainly applicable to joint part protection of wires & cables, communication cables and signal cables, it belongs to curing protection, preventing the junction point from contacting with water or air, can be directly buried in the ground. The product is
featured with waterproof, dampproof, explosion-proof, electric spark-proof, acid-resistant, alkaliresistant, elegant appearance, stable quality, fully insulated, nonconductive, counter-tup and hold size, is widely applied to such fields as power supply, communication, city planning, water conservancy, landscape architecture, streetlight, tunnel, etc.

二、產品特性 Characteristics

1、適用于所有低壓電力電纜、通訊電纜及信號電纜。
2、施工簡便、快捷、可靠，工程造價低。
3、采用樹脂澆注技術，連接處采用進口密封膠，密封性能好。
3、電纜分支接頭，節省空間和電纜。
4、具有防水、耐腐蝕、耐磨、防高溫、抗老化、抗壓強度高、阻燃性能好、電壓絕緣性強特點。等
5、可長久保持電纜連接處接近于原電纜的電氣性能。

三、安裝說明 Installation

1、剝除電纜需要連接處的外皮，長度應小于模盒長；
2、選用一種連接方式，分支或對接，建議使用XKM絕緣穿刺線夾；
3、將海綿條纏繞在電纜連接的兩端，合上模盒；
4、將A和B組樹脂膠按一定比例進行混合，攪拌均勻后倒入模盒內，安裝完成；
5、樹脂固化速度與溫度有關，溫度越高固化就越快，在常溫下約為一小時。
1. Peel off outer skin of cable for connecting, length should be smaller than that of moldbox;
2. Select a connecting mode, branching or butt joint, suggest using XKM insulation piercing connector;
3. Wrap the sponge strip on the two ends of cable joint, close the mold box;
4. Mix the resin adhesive of groups A and B in certain proportion, stir uniformly, then pour into the mold box, now the installation is finished;
5. Resin curing speed bears a relation with the temperature, the higher temperature, the quicker curing, and it spends about one hour for curing under normal temperature.

在使用和灌注填充樹脂過程中務必注意以下事項：
Notices for using and pouring the filling resin:

1、一定要充分均勻調配樹脂A、B料。
2、立即把調配好的樹脂倒入分支盒中，如耽誤時間太久易使樹脂變容稠甚至固化。
3、安裝時戴手套。
4、施工現場應保持良好的通風條件。
5、應避免皮膚、眼睛與樹脂直接接觸，如不慎入眼，請
大量清水沖用洗，并就醫治療。

1. Must prepare the resin group A and B uniformly and evenly.
2. Pour the well-prepared resin into the branching box immediately, as the resin will thicken up and even cure if it is delayed too long.
3. You’d better wear gloves when installing.
4. Keep good ventilation condition in construction site.
5. Don’t contact with skin or eyes directly, in case of accidental eye exposure occurs, rinse with lots of clean water and consult themedical doctor immediately.

1、電纜做好連接后，將分支處主纜與分纜之間放入分支海綿卡，并用扎帶固定，將白色海綿條纏在與絕緣防水盒等長處的電纜兩端。 1. After the cable is well connected, take the branching part between main cable and branching cable into the branching sponge clip, tightened by cable tie, wrap the white sponge strip on the two ends of cable whose length is equal to that of insulating waterproof box.	2、將U型密封件卡在海棉條上。 2. Use the U-shaped sealing element to clamp the sponge strip.

3、合上絕緣防水盒，用配套的塑料卡條卡住。將緣絕防水密封膠按說明書混合后倒入絕緣防水盒中。 3. Close the insulating waterproof box, use plastic fastener to fix it. Mix the insulating waterproof sealant evenly according to the operation instruction and pour into the insulating waterproof box.	4、安裝完成，固化1 2個小時后可置于水下工作。 4. After the installation, cure for 12h, then it can be used underwater.

六、絕緣防水密封膠使用說明 Use of insulating waterproof sealant

使用說明：
1、先將A組份與B組份密封膠之間的間隔棒打開，然后充分揉和
2 — 3 分鐘，直至均勻。
2、立即將混合好的密封膠倒入絕緣防水盒中，如耽誤時間太長易使密封膠容變稠甚至固化。
Directions for use:
1. Open the spacing rod between A constituent and B constituent sealants, temper them fully for 2-3 minutes until well distributed.
2. Pour the well-mixed sealant into insulating waterproof box immediately, as the sealant will thicken up and even cure if it is delayed too long.

注意事項：
1、安裝時戴好PE手套(隨配件一起附送)，如條件允許，可戴上眼鏡及口罩。
2、固定時間受環境溫度影響，在常溫25℃下固化時間為1小時，溫度越低，固化時間相應加長；溫度越高，固化時間越短。
3、施工現場應保持較好的通風條件。
4、未進行灌澆密封膠的置于通風陰涼處，在保質期內使用。密封膠不可暴曬，或與其它化學類產品堆置。

Notices:
1. Wear the PE gloves (delivered along with the spare parts) when installing, also wear glasses and respirator if the conditions permit.
2. Curing time bears a relation with the temperature, it is 1h under normal temperature 25? , the lower temperature, the longer curing time; the higher temperature, the shorter curing time.
3. Keep good ventilation condition in construction site.
4. Sealant that has not been used should be placed in draughty and cool place, and use it within the warranty period. The sealant should not be subject to insolation, or stacked with other chemical products.
